Schedule and Drop in Car Seat Clinic Installation Appointments Available. SEATS for Kids offers many inspection clinics throughout the year in Kingston. These clinics will show you how to successfully install your child's seat, and ensure they are properly restrained. Promote the overall health of you and your baby by practicing intentional breathing and postures that cultivate strength, flexibility, and endurance in preparation for your birthing time. Life Yoga will focus on poses that alleviate discomforts associated with pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, back pain, or sciatica.

Feeling tired? Want to connect with your baby more? More to Life Massage Therapy is excited to present a workshop on Mom and Baby massage at the inaugural Bump, Baby and Beyond. We will have a team of therapists there to support your journey through the childbearing year. From massage to nurture the Mother to instructions on how to massage your baby to aid in their digestion, increase sleep but most of all create a bond with your baby. Touch is the only language babies know, so let's learn how to use their language and create an undeniable bond with our infants. Haven't bonded with your baby yet? Don't worry lots of moms don't feel that immediate bond. Mark 4 and 6 weeks on your calendar and that will be your next window to solidify your bond. In the meantime you can learn the techniques that will enhance and initiate connection that will last a lifetime!
